Trying to Diet

Hai reader !


Well mostly girl will be sensitive with the word of diet .YA ! Haha im one of that . Well why ? what ? how? Why i wanna diet ? Well is because of my own nothing to do with others . So is actually i gained my weight almost 60kg like super horrible , terrible and worst ! so what ? Diet well in the early of school holiday i have planned but i fail to follow the plan because too much food porn at house haha . So now im trying again well ok girl re sensitive with weight . So im not girl im monster but still got that itchy at my ass XD so i wanna diet so far this is third day . So how is everything going on? well fine i guess haha

So my weight is 58 kg actually not really sure . Alat penimbang tu tunjuk macam tu and me like what !?!?! Seriously ? So i try to do squat and lunges and etc all those stuff but does not work so much so i get advice from my someone . Alright her identity will be secret ya . haha . dont ask me btw she will be my inspiration too . So well now my weight is 55 something i guess .let me check it out almost but not so 56 hahah . so ya . still happy with it . I finally found out something it is not about diet but healthy .All this time we diet for our goal we only gonna eat those healthy food non oily until we reaches our goal . So the result won't be permanent and we fail to follow .

Da banyak cara jess dah try antara makan nasi dengan chopstick sound crazy? Nope makan guna pinggan yang rata.Sebab ? Supaya dapat kunyah makanan lebih lambat dan cepat dihadam dan kurang makanan berlebihan but guess what still fail mungkin makan perlahan but banyaklaa .So my advice la
Ubah minda kau bukan sekadar nak diet tapi nak amalkan gaya hidup yang sihat.
Jangan berhenti selepas reach our goal.
Jess tak turun sampai ideal lagi , my ideal weight 48kg tapi kalau boleh nak 45kg.Haha melampau tak ?
Jess minum air banyak , tak makan nasi , tak makan roti , tak makan kuey teow , bihun . Actually bihoon is good la for diet in my opinion ! Satu lagi jangan minum air manis , tinggalkan air orange jus dalam botol walaupun tak bersoda sebab kemanisan dia bagai mulut buaya darat ya! Sayur goreng , sup semua tak makan .Sebab minyak . Cuma first day makan mee goreng mamak and hari ni tapi makan dalam berapa suap je la . Hari first lapar makan apple . haha tu je la and minum air barl sbb cuaca panas .
Second day beli biscuit oat , btw dugaan dia memanglaa.. sebab ada org order domino ! come on domino !!!bayangkan . Tengok je , tak sentuh haha kuih apom pun tengok je . Seksa tak ? Seksa tapi kalau ikut cakap hati mati kata orang . So Jess ingat ayat ni je , If we eat , it maybe will satisfied us for minute or hour but if we say no we will feel satisfied for whole life to see the body . Jess hari ni breakfast makan telur rebus sebiji dan carrot susu .Pak cik jual roti canai perli me T_T haha . Tapi terpaksa stop makan roti canai sebab tak silap kalori 600 nak nangis tau . Hari ni banyak makan nanas hee yummy . Jangan makan yang berminyak mohon sangat nanti nangis diet tak berhasil . Apa lagi dugaan pada esok hari haish..
